Driven by a desire to be part of a founding team and build something from the ground up, Yashraj joined Aspiro in February 2019. A sales enthusiast at heart, he views executive search as much a part of sales as it is of HR, and he’s now ready to lead Aspiro with this mindset. Having proven himself and demonstrated his readiness for greater responsibility, Yashraj took the helm at Aspiro starting in April 2025.

With over ten years of experience in talent acquisition and an extensive professional network, Yashraj has successfully originated and executed search and competitive assignments for private equity funds and investment banks. Prior to Aspiro Search Partners, he was associated with some of the finest strategic leaders in executive search across India.

Hailing from a business family, Yashraj has always had a strong entrepreneurial drive. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, hiking, and exploring new cuisines. A passionate sports fan, he follows cricket and football religiously and loves watching content from around the world. Yashraj holds an MBA from IBS Mumbai and is now focused on leading Aspiro to new heights.
